For this one special night, we invite you to join Joel Bickford of legendary Sydney waterside restaurant Aria and Gareth Stewart to celebrate incredible fine natural bounty at Euro.

Aria, the fine dining flagship of Matt Moran’s Restaurant Empire has held two of the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Chef Hats since 2013 positioning it firmly in the top echelons of modern Australian food culture. This event features, 5 courses expertly matched to wines plus modestly named “snacks” to start.
In Joel’s Menu you can expect some of the original dishes that shot him to fame such as his, hand picked local mudcrab with soured wild garlic cream, topped with trout roe pearls and finished with pickled kohlrabi. Also some of his latest creations like the charred wagyu glazed with black bean, served on creamed eel, wild mushrooms and celtus.

Enjoy a night of dining on Princes Wharf with the Nourish Group. This evening provides guests with a chance to experience three different waterfront venues in one night. The waterside Crab Shack bar is your meeting point, with a welcome drink and canapé, followed by an entree to start the evening’s culinary journey.

From there the group divides into two: half will head to Euro Bar & Restaurant for a fabulous main course; the other half will feast on a delicious main course at The Culpeper. Things switch up for dessert, with your group heading to whichever restaurant you have not yet experienced. Each establishment will pair dishes with fine NZ wines, selected to complement the food.
This event is communal dining – so please note you may be sitting at a table with other diners. On the night, guests will also have the chance to win a $250 Nourish voucher redeemable at any of the 11 Nourish venues.
The progressive dinner includes The Crab Shack, The Culpeper and Euro Bar & Restaurant.

July is officially the heart of winter, but Euro’s putting a spring in our step with three courses starring black perigord truffles for just $29.95!
Every day in July between 12pm-4pm you can lunch like a king on executive chef Gareth Stewart’s deliciously decadent yet affordable truffle menu. Starring dishes such as Jerusalem artichokes with Clevedon Buffalo curd, egg yolk, pecorino and truffle; celeriac soup with littleneck clams and truffle mascarpone; and chicken with forest mushrooms and truffle marsala jus, the menu is full of umami flavours and seasonal ingredients.

This sudden drop in temperature has us keeping warm with Euro's delicious roast duck pho noodle soup - just one of the amazing courses in the bargain three-course $29.95 duck menu. And so many people have been flying down to Euro to take advantage of the menu (yes, you read that correctly - it's just $29.95 for three duck-based courses) that we're continuing it through into June! Celebrate the fact that winter's officially here by coming down to feast on the likes of duck a l'orange; duck rilletes and parfait; Peking duck "tacos" and more.
