Simon Gault together with Euro Head Chef Hayden Smith will be presenting the next of our masterclasses in which they will be providing tips on how to bring some magic and inspiration to the old kiwi tradition of cooking outdoors on the BBQ.

The Euro masterclass is followed by a three course lunch with Simon on the Euro deck.  $100 per person and limited availabilty.  Price excludes beverages. LIVE, LOVE & EAT.

There is a lot of buzz around our young guest chef Hayden Smith, ex Marco Peirre White trained as he will demonstrate ideas and techniques that will cater for the novice right through to the expert.

The Masterclass will also feature guest speaker Mal Corboy, New Zealand's most awarded International designer, on the fundamentals in kitchen design and new industry products.
