This is a degustation menu with a difference, comprising 11 courses of innovative and surprising combinations, textures, temperatures and flavours that genuinely challenge the mind and delight the taste buds.
Whether it’s the Euro Pea Pipe, the Chilean crab and apple salsa gazpacho laced in dry ice or the mandarin frozen in liquid nitrogen the Chefs Table is a unique and memorable gastronomic experience.
